Additional Extras
We try to make our training sessions as pleasurable and useful as possible and for those who want to undertake further development of their skills, we offer more intense courses;

7. Video Reports
Footage and analysis of your training sessions that can be taken away to help you continue with your training plans between lessons.

8. Sports Psychology
Input and help to achieve the right mindset approach and to understand the fitness your mind will need to handle pressure and achieve a competitive standard.
This critical process involves preparing the mind of a rider, often more thoroughly than one prepares the body. Successful performances, cannot simply be reduced to superior physical performance and skill levels. At the highest level success depends on 10% skill and 90% on the right mindset!

9. Nutritionist
Help and guidance for yourself, and perhaps your horse, to achieve peak health through dietary intake. Nutritionists will help you to understanding your health, effective nutrition and and the many links between food and fitness.

10. Personal Fitness Adviser
An adviser will help a rider to use core muscles, to rebalance and to design a core workout that can;
• Build Strength
• Tighten waist/hip muscles
• Soothe waist/knee pain
• Solve insufficient exercise problems
• Strengthen abdominal side, thigh and back muscles
• Build muscle strength and raise metabolic rate easily through smooth movement

11. Saddle Fitters
The first consideration must always be the horse and how it changes, with age, with training and with management. We will help you to recognise these changes, to understand why a general purpose saddle is a compromise, the benefits of a specifically designed saddle, how your saddle needs to adapt to the changing contours of your horse and more.
